Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite a mix. The charm of the heritage building is appealing, especially being so close to Spark Arena for events. However, the location within a train station led to consistent noise, and there were some concerns about security. Overall, it’s decent for its central position, but be prepared for the downsides.
I recently stayed at this hotel, which, while steeped in heritage and conveniently located next to Spark Arena, had its share of challenges. My room was clean but quite small and cluttered, and the noise from the train station and construction outside was very disruptive. Parking was an added cost, and the security felt lacking, which made for a less than ideal experience overall.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Spark Arena, making it ideal for concert-goers. However, the noise from the train station was quite bothersome, especially at night. The room itself was spacious, but some aspects left a bit to be desired, like the small shower and limited amenities. Overall, it's a decent choice if you prioritize location over tranquility.
The hotel has a unique charm with its heritage and history, making it an interesting stay. I enjoyed the convenience of being close to Spark Arena, perfect for concert-goers. However, the location next to a train station means it's quite noisy, especially at night, and the parking situation is less than ideal. Additionally, the small shower and limited room access due to only receiving one key were minor inconveniences.
The hotel offers a unique experience with its heritage charm, especially being right next to Spark Arena, which makes it convenient for concert-goers. The long room has high ceilings and a nostalgic vibe, but the downsides include significant noise from the train station and cranes working at odd hours. Additionally, the only one key/card policy can be quite inconvenient for groups. Overall, it has good value if you're considering budget options near central attractions.
